Ahmar Tours holds the right to change the Airline, Travel Date (any point of time before the Departure of the Tour; alternate options will be advised in case this happens). Ahmar Tours holds the right to change the Hotel (any point of time before the departure of The Tour; alternate options of same category will be booked and advised in case this happens).

The third person sharing the room will be provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed. Hotel standard check-in time is 1400 hours; early check-in will be subject to availability. Check-out time at the hotel is 1200 hours (If your flight is in the evening, we request you to deposit your luggage at the hotel lobby and leave your room before the check-out time).

The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to last-minute changes due to factors beyond the control of Ahmar Tours. A child aged 12 or above will be considered an adult. The cost is based on current government and airline taxes, and any future increase will be collected as per actuals. The above-given rates are valid only for Indian nationals. A maximum of 3 persons are allowed in one room.

The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. Any damages caused to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever; all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

Ahmar Tours shall not be responsible for any loss of baggage, loss of belongings, or broken baggage at the airport or anywhere else. Flight timings must be taken into consideration when reaching the airport. Ahmar Tours shall not be responsible for any incident where the client is unable to reach the airport or board the flight due to reasons of personal nature, insufficient time between connecting flights, or any airline-related issues such as delay, change in timing, overbooking, or any other factor.

Certain monuments or areas may have restrictions for vehicle entry imposed by local authorities. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and further arrangements must be managed by the client. Any entrance fees, monument fees, or other activity charges—including but not limited to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admissions, meals, etc.—will not be included in the package unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions section.

The above package pricing may not be available during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any difference in cost during such times will be specified at the time of communication. Rates are subject to the availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use alternate hotel accommodation of equal or higher standard. If a more expensive option is used, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the new rates.

No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for any unutilized services. Sightseeing tours are strictly subject to weather conditions, and local service providers may cancel without prior notice. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Bookings, once confirmed, are subject to cancellation charges, which will be advised at the time of cancellation.

The rates are not valid on black-out dates. Some sightseeing and excursions may change due to entrance availability, traffic, weather, or public holidays. The company accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur during the tour due to causes beyond control. Such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

Not all hotels provide tea/coffee-making facilities in the room; this varies by hotel and city. Booking amount per person is a non-refundable deposit. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like floods, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., must be paid by the client directly on the spot. Any increase in taxes or fuel price resulting in increased transportation and land arrangement costs before departure must be borne by the guest.

Package cost at the quotation stage is based on real-time available seats. There may be a change in price depending on seat occupancy levels at the time of confirmation. Any such change will be specified. We will not hold any services on a confirmed basis until we receive written acknowledgment from the client.
